Cute little shop. Quick service, nice staff, good food. The plain ensaimada was good for what it is (I'm not a huge fan of sweet bread). When I went (around 1:00pm), they were nearly sold out of all their fresh baked items. And in the few minutes I was there 4 other patrons visited the shop. A popular spot with the locals! I would visit here again to try something savory!
authentic bakery with good coffee, excellent traditional pastries and very nice employees (they also sell 1.5 liter bottles of water)
Wonderful everything. Croissant, bread, smell, atmosphere, staff and walk to get there. I recommend it everyday.

Parada obligatoria cuando voy a Palma, no es barato pero se nota que la materia prima es buena y que está hecho con mucho cariño. Calidad precio excelente!

Indiscutiblemente la mejor panadería de Palma (y dudo que en toda Mallorca encuentre una mejor). Con su horno tradicional sacan el mejor pan que hayas podido probar, y de todo tipo (de avena.. Centeno... de masa madre.) , todos igual de buenos, aunque el llonguet es el que le da más fama. Tampoco tiene desperdicio su abanico de dulce y salado, mi preferido es una pequeña "coca" de tomate y queso (en la foto dejo la de berenjena), un espectáculo. Está regentado por una familia mallorquina que te atienden con mucha simpatía y en un ambiente muy familiar. Obligatoria parada para la gente de buen comer.Traducción
Undeniably the best bakery in Palma (and I doubt you'll find a better one in all of Mallorca). With their traditional oven, they bake the best bread you've ever tasted, and they come in all kinds (oat, rye, sourdough, etc.), all equally good, although the llonguet is the one they're most famous for. Their sweet and savory selection is also a must-try. My favorite is a small tomato and cheese "coca" (the eggplant one is pictured), a real treat. It's run by a Mallorcan family who serve you with great friendliness and in a very family-friendly atmosphere. A must-stop for those who love good food.

Horno con pan, buenos longuets, panades i cocarrois y pasteles de recetas tradicionales mallorquinas que por desgracia cada vez se encuentran en menos sitios, y además de calidad. Avisaros que al ser manual no esperéis todo con un aspecto perfectamente igual.

Es un horno que lleva abierto muchos años, y elaboran las empanadas, cocarrois, repostería, etc muy bien. He comprado muchas veces y todo es de muy buena calidad. Lo recomiendo.
